JOYCE MILLINGTON is the owner of Shear Style. Joyce has been a stylist for over 30 years. When the salon she worked at for 15 years decided to move its location, Joyce chose to stay behind and start her own salon. She wanted to create a salon that not only had charm and elegance in the way it looked, but also with an environment that was relaxing, comfortable, and provided a sense of privacy for her clients — a salon that was not only functional but enjoyable.
