RACHEL LYNN WEEKS has been a hairstylist since 2003. For 4 1/2 years she was the manager of Master Cuts salon in the Shops at Ithaca Mall.
Among Rachel’s skills are: hair cutting, men’s “skin fade” haircut, permanent waving and specialty perm wrapping techniques, hair coloring, highlighting and low lighting, facial waxing, blow outs, special occasion styling, and beard shaping. Rachel works well with the elderly and with children.
